Oxycom Communications provides training for the entire Apliman products. Each training course is designed and modeled specifically for each client, leveraging the exact amount of technical skills and know-how to operate and administer the installed system. Apliman also provides custom training upon request.

Apliman System Administration Training

Course Description: Apliman System Administration imparts the knowledge as to how to efficiently administer and govern a myriad range of Administrative models.

Target Audience: Administrator, Engineers and system technicians.

Apliman Application Generation Training

Course Description: Apliman Application generation training gives the trainee the knowledge and ability to generate and create his own applications on IVR. All tricks and tips of the trade and given to the trainee to help him maximize the usage of Apliman's products.

Apliman VoiceLogger Training

Course Description: Apliman Voice logger training shows the trainee on the how-to operate and use the voice logger effectively.

Target Audience: System Administrator, and "trainer" who will "teach" other employees on how-to use the system

Marketing Training

Course Description: Apliman Marketing Course provides an outlook to the world of IVR, and the vast possibilities and market potential which can be found in many regions. We leverage our past IVR experience in providing this course.

Target Audience: Marketing and Sales people. It is also recommended for technical personnel for a better understanding of overall system use.
