Flexible Switching Ability: Callers can directly transfer the call to the required extension or contact the operator.

 

Personalized Voice Mail Boxes: The auto attendant \ voice mail application gives the possibility to identify many voice mail boxes having the same extension number to ensure personification.

 

Redirecting Call Capability: If the required person is not available, the caller may return to the options menu. Then he may choose to leave a voice mail message or redirect his call to the operator.

 

Optional Greeting Message: An optional customized recorded message may be played for every caller either as a greeting message or to convey certain contacting information.

 

Ranking Message Possibility: The caller may rank his voice mail message as urgent or personal to give the dialed person an idea of the message left.

 

Password Protected Property: The voice mail boxes are password protected for security purposes.

 

Configurable Number of Messages: Every user has a configurable number for the maximum number of messages and the maximum number of new messages.

 

Anywhere Retrieval Facility: The voice mail box can be accessed from anywhere provided that the application is running. The user just dials the application number and uses his password to get all his recorded messages.

 

Date, Time Stamp Service: All received messages have a date, time stamp to tell the recipient when the message was recorded.

 

Handling Messages Options: The user has the option to rewind, fast forward and pause any message while listening to it. Then each received message may be deleted, saved, or forwarded with an optional added tag.
