Statistics Utility
|
|
Every call incoming, or outgoing, to the system creates a CDR (Call Detailed Record) file. This file includes important information about the call, such as Dialed Number, Dialing Number, Call Duration, Application played…
Oxycom Communications provides a statistical utility program through a user-friendly interface that will read the CDR files generated, in order to provide statistical information on all IVR operations. Providing valuable information in graphical or tabular format, the utility can provide detailed information on what occurred during a call, either general or specific data. General data can include information such as number of calls or minutes on the system, either total or answering specific criteria. These criteria can be:
Detailed viewing of the statistics can reveal the actual data the user entered through his entire call. This can be useful to determine the input on general by users.
The data can then be exported to an XLS sheet, ODBC data source, flat TXT file, or printed directly, and can be done manually, or scheduled to output automatically through a configurable timer.

Technical Details The statistics utility program performs statistics on certain applications, calculated over a given range of time. Statistics can be carried out on different data sources. Results are either expressed in graphs or text format.
The Statistics Utility program gives the ability to analyze CDR information and provide the required statistical information.
Statistics TypesHourly Statistics (Graph/Table): gives a chart/table that represents the number of all calls that occurred at each hour of the day or those that accessed a selected variable. Daily Statistics (Graph/Table): gives a chart/table that represents the number of all calls that occurred in each day of the studied period or those that accessed a selected variable. Detailed Statistics: gives some statistical numbers that may be needed for the studied application during the required period. Per Channel Statistics: gives a table that gives the number of calls per channel for every selected data source. Call Duration (Graph/Table): classifies the calls for the studied application during the required period in categories according to call duration and gives the result in chart/table form. Channel Activity: Shows which channels have been used during a time frame.
AdditionalAdditionally, Oxycom Communications can study the needs of the company, and provide a study of the statistics needed in order to improve performance, as well as providing a custom solution that will meet their needs.
